Mt Zion UMC, the "Country Church that Cares" offers a variety of ministeries for you to use your gifts and share God's love and grace with others. See below for a description of our summer and year-round activities. SUMMER SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

UMCOR Health Kits – Health kits provide basic necessities to people who have been forced to leave their homes because of human conflict or natural disaster. Kits include bath hand towel, wash cloth, nail clippers or file, toothbrush, soap, bandaids and a comb. Bring your items to the Fellowship Hall for assembly. If you are not a shopper, donations are welcome, too!

ONGOING SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Community Food Bank Food Collections – Items are needed monthly to help stock and maintain the Circle of Care Food Bank.

Food Distribution at Christ United Methodist Church -Local churches in conjuction with the Circle of Care distribute food packages provided by the Macon Food Bank the 3rd Wednesday of every month. Please arrive at Christ UMC by 10 am.

Grow Day Camp JUNE 12 - 16, 2017
